Great for reading IDs in car
This light has worked perfectly for me. I took the clip off and just slid it in to my molle vest. It is low profile and the button is easy to get to and activate. I’ve had it on for a couple weeks and haven’t had to charge the battery yet. Of course I only use it maybe a minute or so at a time. I can’t speak to the strength of the plastic clip. I took it off immediately and don’t plan on using it. It could be cheaper, but I’m not disappointed in my purchase.

Good, but one small design flaw.
This thing works. It's sturdy, illuminates well, stays clipped where you clip it, stays pointed where you point it. It's a good, hands-free light, and the modes are thoughtfully chosen. It does have one small design flaw... when you fold it up and put in your pocket, the activation button isn't covered or protected, so it can accidentally turn on.

Great for First Responders - Heavy Duty Use!
Here is the Standard Review for the QUIQLITEX2 Tactical Red/White Hands-Free LED Pocket Light with Aluminum Housing. This device is great for first responders, especially if you work at night. The aluminum case is extremely durable for heavy duty use. The red light is perfect for writing at night. The white light is also great for writing or as a general flashlight. The device also features a tactical mode for emergency use to be seen quickly or to disorient a target. This clips to a duty vest or pocket easily and is charged with a USB Cable.

Lost on first foot pursuit…
Loved the light for the whole shift I got to use it. First foot chase/UOF and it was gone. I looked for almost an hour the next shift. $80 down the drain because of the cheap little clip :/ love the light and the idea. Hate the mounting system.

Hands free lighting
Absolutely the best light I’ve used. Bought this light when I started doing night shift. Being able to have my hands free to unlock padlocks in low light situations is very handy. I also use the red light when working on pilot boats at night. The magnetic back of the clip also makes it quite versatile for placement when not used in my shirt pocket. I did purchase the aluminium model but I am sure any of there models would be just as good if price is a consideration.

Illuminating
Expensive compared to others, but very worth it.Great, solid, and versatile. The functions can take a little getting used to at first, but it's been a lifeline for a hands-free light.

Best Light and Officer can buy.
I have been using this light on patrol for a couple of months this now. I have never had an issue with the metal clip or falling off where I mount it. I have had zero issues with charging. I have used it in the rain multiple times for extended periods of time conducting roadside investigations. I also use it daily on my days off. It is small enough to fit in a pocket comfortably. The back has magnets and I have used it while working on vehicles. It's great for camping and outdoors use needing easy quick access to light and having the red light to not alter your night vision capabilities. It has allowed me to be able to search cars and people hands free instead of tucking a stream light under my arm or on my shoulder. Make no mistake Officers interested it should not replace your handheld light. My streamlight stinger I still use on initial approach or contact to look around in vehicles and spot passengers or potential threats or contraband. But used in conjuction or a way to interview hands free it has been THE BEST light I have purchased in recent years and have had several Officers as well as Fire and EMS ask about the light and have recommended it. Also it makes writing Summons or Citations way easier at night as well.
